Peter Gosling is Senior Creative Director for MediaMath, a global technology company providing industry changing software for programmatic advertising. He was previously Creative Director of Maker Studios, a next-generation digital video studio/network and also Creative Director of Blip Networks (Blip.com). Blip was acquired by Maker in September 2013. Since joining MediaMath, Gosling has built a leading creative team from scratch that develops, manages and executes all marketing materials and advertising for the MediaMath brand globally.
At Blip and then Maker Studios, Gosling also built the creative team from scratch. Primarily focused on developing all custom advertising across the network and partner platforms. Working closely with all departments in the company, the creative services team was also responsible for all internal and external creative. Peter also developed a custom ad framework that offers unlimited customization and functionality to be incorporated into video ad units. A new workflow built around this framework allows designers to quickly create cutting edge advertising for clients.
Gosling’s experience spans more than ten years and two continents. Prior to joining Blip, Peter worked for Vibrant Media in New York as part of their custom solutions team. Before that he was a designer for web design company Realbuzz.com in Chester, England, where he jumped at the opportunity to move to New York and open their first U.S. office. Gosling holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northumbria University in Media Production. Gosling is passionate about the creative business and strives to acquire new skills and adapt to new technologies.
Gosling is a keen snowboarder, with the goal of getting out west as often as possible. Working in a digital environment all day every day, Gosling also tries to find time to enjoy the simple pleasures of drawing pencil on paper. It’s where all the best ideas start, no software required.
